6G-PATH Opens Call for External Evaluators for Open Call #2
As part of its mission to foster innovation in the Beyond 5G (B5G)/6G ecosystem, 6G-PATH is inviting qualified professionals to join its pool of external evaluators for Open Call #2.
This second open call will fund and support 30 new use cases that leverage 6G-PATH’s infrastructure, focusing on four key verticals: Education, Farming, Health, and Smart Cities. To ensure a transparent, independent, and high-quality evaluation process, 6G-PATH is establishing a new panel of external experts.
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for experts with knowledge in:
- 5G/6G infrastructure, technologies, and applications
- Use case areas relevant to the four verticals
- Emerging trends in telecommunications
- Evaluation of EU-funded innovation projects
Previous experience in project evaluation and a strong professional track record in the telecom and ICT domains are considered important selection criteria. Diversity across region, sector, and gender will also be considered in the evaluator selection process.
Evaluator Responsibilities
Selected evaluators will:
- Participate in onboarding and briefing
- Evaluate and score assigned applications
- Join online consensus meetings
- Validate final evaluation reports
All evaluations will be conducted remotely. Evaluators will be reimbursed at a rate of €50 per application, with a minimum number of evaluations agreed in advance.

- Call for Evaluators Opens: 30 July 2025
- Deadline for Expressions of Interest: 3 September 2025 (17:00 CEST)
- Evaluation Period: 6–22 October 2025
How to Apply
Interested experts must submit an Expression of Interest via F6S. An F6S account is required (free to create).
