6G-PATH contributes to global 6G dialogue at ICTC 2025 in Jeju, Korea

6G-PATH was proud to contribute to the global discussion on next-generation connectivity at the 6th International Conference on ICT Convergence (ICTC 2025), held from 14-17 October in Jeju Island, Korea under the theme “AI-native ICT Convergence for a Sustainable Future.”

As part of the workshop titled “Shaping the Future of 6G: Innovation, Intelligence, and Sustainability,” 6G-PATH joined forces with several other leading European and international research projects to explore how 6G and Digital Twin technologies are poised to transform industries.

6G-PATH presentations included:

  • Luís Cordeiro (ONE): Advancing 6G Innovation in Europe – Results and Lessons from the 6G-PATH Project
  • Jing Li (UBRAD): Key Value Indicators for 6G – Evaluating Economic, Social, Environmental, and Service Quality Impacts
  • Tarik Taleb (ICT-FI) & Luis Rosa (ONE): MIRO – Rethinking Multi-Domain Resource Orchestration through AI and LLM Innovation

The session featured a total of six presentations from 6G-PATH and other projects, followed by a lively panel discussion on “How can 6G and Digital Twin technologies drive innovation across industries?”

We were also honoured by the participation of Dr. Namseok Ko (ETRI) and Prof. Manabu Tsukada (The University of Tokyo), both members of the 6G-PATH Advisory Board, who actively contributed to the workshop discussions.

This engagement reflects 6G-PATH’s continued commitment to advancing collaborative, cross-border research and contributing to the development of a sustainable, intelligent 6G ecosystem.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to share results and insights across the global 6G community.
