6G-PATH showcased at the “AI & Business” event at NONAGON

The 6G-PATH project was represented at the “AI & Business” event, held on 5 December 2025 at NONAGON – Science and Technology Park, Lagoa, Azores, Portugal, through the participation of project partner Altice Labs.

The event brought together industry and innovation stakeholders to discuss how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming a core driver of research, development, and innovation strategies across sectors. During the event, Filipe Cabral Pinto, Coordinator of Exploratory Innovation at Altice Labs, presented how structured innovation practices are essential for deploying AI solutions with real impact, ensuring alignment with business needs, scalability, and readiness for future networks.

The presentation also highlighted contributions from the 6G-PATH project, showcasing how AI-enabled approaches are already supporting the evolution toward beyond-5G (B5G) and future 6G networks. These insights demonstrated the role of AI in enhancing network intelligence, flexibility, and performance, in line with the project’s objectives.

Participation in events such as “AI & Business” reflects 6G-PATH’s commitment to engaging with the broader innovation ecosystem and contributing to a forward-looking, AI-driven vision for next-generation connectivity.
